  • Vendor Consultation Meeting (Will review your thoughts and vendor packages)

  • Two Venue Walk-Throughs (One with vendors once hired and one a month before event day with vendors to review)

  • Day-Of Management & Coordination

  • Includes registration set-up a day prior if needed

  • Volunteer Team Timeline

    • Number of volunteers and names need to be finalized two-weeks prior to the event

  • Vendor Timeline

  • Vendor Confirmation & Day-Of Coordination

  • Four - Five consultants on-sight for the event

  • Number of consultants will be determined based on the size of the event

  • Event check-list development & management

  • Invitation coordination

    • Includes addressing invitations, mailing them out, and following-up on RSVP’s

  • Advertisement assistance

  • Sponsor assistance

    • Will work with your team to gain sponsorship and funding for the event

  • Menu Assistance

  • Stationary Assistance

    • Includes invitations, menus, programs, seating cards, ext.

  • Budget Development & Tracking

  • Provide any mandatory license information

    • Consultants will not be responsible for transporting or being responsible for these licenses on the day of the wedding

  • Managing Personal Event Website

  • Venue lay-out assistance

  • Vendor Contract Review and negotiations prior to signing

  • Morning-Of event registration and event set-up assistance

  • Out-of-town guest services

    • Includes hotel room block coordination and hotel arrangements for out-of-town guests

  • Distribute Final payments

  • Post-reception clean-up
